3. Member Contact & Messaging
Members may view contact details of other members within the community. However, direct messaging or contacting other members privately is not permitted without first obtaining their consent within the group. This is a safety and respect measure.
4. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to maintain respectful, constructive, and honest behaviour during discussions and within community channels. Violations of the community guidelines — including hate speech, personal attacks, trolling, or any form of harassment — will result in removal from the group and community. Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent exclusion.

Thinkers Forum respects the right to freedom of speech and expression as guaranteed under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India, subject to reasonable restrictions under Article 19(2). The platform does not permit hate speech, abuse, threats, defamation, or any unlawful activity. Content that violates Indian law or the platform's guidelines will be removed, and the member may be banned.
7. Respect for Law
Members must ensure that their contributions comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Indian Penal Code, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and any other relevant statutes. The platform cooperates with law enforcement authorities when legally required.
8. No Endorsements
Thinkers Forum does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any views, opinions, recommendations, or materials shared by individual members. The mention of any organisation, product, service, or individual during discussions does not constitute an endorsement by Thinkers Forum.
9. Intermediary Liability Protection
Thinkers Forum functions as an intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and is entitled to the safe harbour protections under Section 79 of the Act. The platform exercises due diligence and takes down unlawful content upon being notified by affected parties or government authorities in accordance with applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

14. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Thinkers Forum has appointed a Grievance Officer. Any complaints regarding content or conduct on the platform may be directed to the Grievance Officer via the contact page. Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt.
15. Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising from or related to the use of this platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
16. Intellectual Property
The name "Thinkers Forum", the logo, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of Thinkers Forum. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the name, logo, or branding — whether for personal, commercial, or organisational purposes — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
17. Modifications
Thinkers Forum reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this disclaimer and associated terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
18. Age Restriction
