Pick a discussion that interests you and join the community. You'll receive the Google Meet link before the session.
Show up
Join the call at the scheduled time. The host introduces the topic and opens the floor. Speak up or just listen — both are welcome.

After the session, we share reference materials and prompts in the WhatsApp community for anyone who wants to think deeper.
